* mapsd -> cpu

* link directly to mesa

* Fix gitignore

* without launcher script

* dont change that

* dont need that

* add to files_common

* rename to configure cpu rendering

* without a symlink!

* update time refs

* update ref

* update ref

* remove duplicate include

* bump up again
